Inside Remote Handle

Inside Remote Handle:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Negative battery cable.
2. Trim panel and water deflector.
3. Handle to lock rod and short lock rod from bellcrank.
4. Rivets by first center punching a depression in head of rivet, then drilling out rivet using a 3/16 inch drill bit.
5. Inside remote handle by sliding rearward to disengage tabs on handle from slots in door.

Install or Connect

1. Inside remote handle by placing tabs on handle into slots in door and sliding handle forward.
2. Rivets using 3/16 inch peel type rivets.
3. Handle to lock rod and short lock rod.
4. Water deflector and trim panel.
5. Negative battery cable.
