Wiper Arm Pressure Check

Description:






1. Run wiper arm and blade assemblies to mid-wipe position.
2. Remove blade assemblies from arm assemblies.
3. Attach a scale (V) to wiper arm attaching pin (U) and measure the force required to lift wiper arm perpendicular to windshield to normal working height (height with blade assembly attached).
4. If the force required is not within the specifications given below, the wiper arm assembly should be replaced.

Tip Pressure - Newtons-8.2 to 10.1 (Ounces-29 to 36)
