Door Module: Service and Repair

Door Module:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Trim panel and water deflector. Doors
2. Speaker.
3. Front run channel.
4. Lower glass 1 inch.
5. Tape glass to header.
6. Glass sash nuts.
7. Electrical connectors from latch and rose buds from panel.
8. Lock rods from latch assembly.
9. Three module nuts.
10. Door module.

Install or Connect

1. Door module through access hole.
2. Three nuts and front run channel
3. Tighten screws finger tight.
4. Lock rods to latch assembly.
5. Tighten nuts and screws.
6. Electrical connectors.
7. Adjust window.
8. Water deflector and trim panel.
