Heater Control Assembly

Heater Control Mounting:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Negative battery cable.
2. Steering column fillers.
3. Steering wheel.
4. Turn signal and wiper switches.
5. Instrument panel trim plate.
6. Heater control pull heater control away from the instrument panel.
7. Electrical and vacuum connections.
8. Temperature control cable from heater control.

Install or Connect

1. Temperature control cable to heater control.
2. Electrical and vacuum connections.
3. Heater control to instrument panel.

Tighten
^ Screws as 1 N.m (9 lb. in.).

4. Instrument panel trim plate.
5. Turn signal and wiper switches.
6. Steering wheel.
7. Steering column fillers.
8. Negative Battery cable.

Tighten
^ Bolt to 16 N.m (12 lb. ft.).
