Console Trim Plate Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE



1. Remove the transmission control lever handle retainer (1).
2. Remove the transmission control lever handle (2).




3. Remove the upper center trim plate.
4. Pry up on rear edges and sides of shifter trim plate (1) and lift up partially from console.




5. Disconnect the PRNDL electrical connector (1).
6. Complete shifter trim plate removal.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE



1. Partially install the shifter trim plate (1).




2. Connect the PRNDL electrical connector (1).




3. Align the shifter trim plate fasteners. Fasten the shifter trim plate by pushing downward.
4. Install the upper center trim plate.
5. Install the transmission control lever handle (2).
6. Install the transmission control lever handle retainer (1).
