Sunroof Glass Panel Seal Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the sunroof glass panel.
2. Remove the sunroof glass seal from the sunroof glass panel frame by peeling the sunroof glass seal away at one point and continuing around the perimeter of the sunroof glass panel frame.
3. Wipe the perimeter of the sunroof glass panel frame area with a clean, dampened cloth using GM window cleaner GM P/N 1050427, GM P/N Canada 992727 or isopropyl alcohol in order to clean the surface of the perimeter of the sunroof glass panel frame
Allow the sunroof glass panel frame area to air dry.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the sunroof glass panel seal onto the sunroof glass panel frame.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the sunroof glass seal is properly seated around the entire perimeter of the sunroof glass panel frame.

2. Apply pressure to the sunroof glass until firmly seated.
A small rubber hammer will help with the installation.
3. Install the sunroof glass panel.
