Front Seat Back Frame Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the seat back cushion cover.
2. Remove the seat back pad (2) from the seat back frame (5).
3. Remove the upper seat back recliner bolts (6).
4. Remove the seat back frame (5) from the seat back recliner (7).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the seat back frame (5) to the seat back recliner (7).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the upper seat back recliner bolts (6).

Tighten the bolts to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

3. Install the seat back pad (2) to the seat back frame (5).
4. Install the seat back cushion cover.
