MODULE REPLACEMENT - PANEL DIMMING

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the left closeout/insulator panel.
2. Remove the I/P dimmer module bolts (3).
3. Remove the I/P dimmer module (2) from the HVAC bracket.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the I/P dimmer module (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connector (1) to the I/P dimmer module (2).
2. Install the I/P dimmer module (2) to the HVAC bracket.
3. Install the I/P dimmer module bolts (3).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 2.3 N.m (20 lb in).

4. Install the left closeout/insulator panel.
