Vehicle Speed Sensor: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect speed sensor electrical connector at ECM.
2. Measure resistance between speed sensor terminals using suitable ohmmeter.
3. If resistance is not 40-60 ohms, check wiring between sensor and ECM and repair as needed.
4. If wiring is satisfactory, replace speed sensor.
