Installing Bypass Harness

Fig. 13 Tachymetric Relay Location:

1. Remove the steering column lower shell.
2. Disconnect the plug (1) Fig. 13 from the tachymetric relay (2) Fig. 13.
3. Connect the tachymetric relay by-pass harness as shown on connector (1) Fig. 13.
4. Jump wire 20B (battery +) pin 2 and wire 76 (pump feed) pin 5 using the by-pass harness.
5. Connect the alligator clip to ground.
6. Make sure the switch is off (indicator lamp will be off).
