Rollover Valve: Service and Repair

WAGON

Removal

Safety Valve Location:

1. Remove the inside left rear quarter panel.
2. Loosen the hose clamps on the safety valve and remove the vapor hoses.
3. Remove the safety valve.


Installation

1. Connect the vapor hoses to safety valve.
2. Tighten the hose clamps.
3. Replace the inside left rear quarter panel.

SEDAN

Removal

Safety Valve Location:

1. Remove the front cover panel from the trunk.
2. Loosen the hose clamps on the safety valve and remove the vapor hoses.
3. Remove the safety valve.


Installation

1. Install the safety valve.
2. Connect the vapor hoses to safety valve.
3. Tighten the hose clamps.
4. Replace the front cover panel for the trunk.
