No Start or Hard Start

1. Visually check all air hoses, fuel hoses and connections.
2. Check fuel pump supply voltage and fuel pressure.
3. Check cold start injector, thermo-time switch and auxiliary air device.
4. Check [1][2]engine temperature sensor and air flow sensor.
5. Check injectors and injector resistors.
6. Check air induction system.
7. Check ECU multipin connector.
8. Check valve clearance and compression pressure.
9. Retest vehicle with new ECU.
