With the ambient temperature in the test area around 21°C (70°F), supply 12 (+1) volts to pin 2 and ground pin 4. Test for continuity from pin 1 to pin 3. If the test shows continuity, refer to Compressor Clutch Inoperative tests in this Group. If continuity is detected, replace the ECCS.
