Headlamp Control Module: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Release hood latch and open hood.
2. Remove fix grille.
3. Remove top screws attaching headlamp module to headlamp mounting bracket.

Headlamp Module Screws:




4. Remove plastic nut attaching front of headlamp to mounting bracket from underside of headlamp module.
5. Disconnect wire harness.
6. Lift front of headlamp up, disengaging stud.
7. Slide headlamp forward.
8. Remove headlamp module from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Position headlamp module to headlamp mounting bracket.
2. Connect wire harness.
3. Install plastic nut attaching front of headlamp to mounting bracket from underside of headlamp module.
4. Install top screws attaching headlamp module to mounting bracket.
5. Verify proper operation. Adjust as necessary
6. Install fix grille.
