Auxiliary Power Outlet: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Open hood.
2. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
3. Remove instrument panel center bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Systems, Center Bezel Removal and Installation.
4. Disconnect the auxiliary power outlet wiring connector from the power outlet.
5. Remove the auxiliary power outlet by depressing the two locking tabs and removing the shell assembly.

INSTALLATION
For installation,reverse the above procedures. The clamp has a locating feature.
