ATTENTION: This bulletin replaces Number 8601 dated June 6, 1986.
As a resuit of a joint development program between PCNA and Sun Equipment Corporation, the Sun Sleuth Two is fully compatible with all Porsche engine electronic systems and will enable Porsche technicians to perform all diagnostic procedures and adjustments taught in our Service Training schools and outlined in Porsche Service publications.
Briefly, some of these checks are:
- time of injection
- deceleration fuel cut off
- speed and reference sensor output measurements
- MAG timing, not only at idle, but also the recommended check at 4,000 RPM for 928's
- plus ability to be utilized in the troubleshooting of other electronic systems utilized on Porsche vehicles, such as the electronic speedometer, upshift indicator, fuel consumption gauge and wheel sensor outputs of the ABS system.

This complete diagnostic package is available to all Porsche dealers at a special price of $6172.00 plus local tax. This price includes freight to your dealership, set up and training by the local Sun Representative and a savings of over $1500 from the normal suggested retail price. In addition to this engine diagnostic package, Porsche dealers can enjoy considerable savings on all Sun equipment as part of our National Accounts Agreement with Sun Electric Corporation.
