Disassembly/Assembly













- Refer to images for instructions and legends.

Disassembly





- Remove inner race of taper roller bearing with a suitable puller and pressure piece P263.

NOTE: Remachine the claws of both puller arms if necessary.

Assembly





- With threaded plates pressed in, insert large differential gears through large opening in differential case and hold in position with joint flanges.





- Place small differential gears with needle bearing sleeves between the large differential gears and turn until holes in case are aligned.





A = Spiral Pin

- Press in differential gear shaft right way round and lock with spiral pin.





- Press on inner races of taper roller bearing with P 264 b.
