5 Oil/water cooler 1 Assemble in housing and mount together on upper crankcase section

6 Seal 2 Replace, light coat of oil

7 Rubber ring 1 Replace, check for correct fit in upper crankcase section

8 Temperature 1 Torque: 8 Nm (0.8 kpm)
transmitter

9 Temperature sensor 1 Torque: 15 Nm (1.5 kpm)

10 Seal, 12 x 18 1 Replace

11 Circlip 1 Check for correct fit

12 Thermostat 1 Check

13 Seal 1 Check

14 Molded gasket 1

15 Socket head screw 1
