DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING BALANCE SHAFT DRIVE

Installing: When installing belt make sure side of belt with color coded tooth faces out

8 Bolt, M 10 x 35 1 Hold with Special Tool 9200 when unscrewing

10 Collar 1 Position correctly

11 Bolt, M 10 x 35 1

12 Washer 1 Position correctly

14 Balance shaft 1 Check movement on seat of balance shaft
drive gear

15 Woodruff key 1

17 Woodruff key 1 Torque: 8 Nm

Hexagon socket 4 Torque: 13 Nm

ASSEMBLY NOTES ON SECURING THE PULLEY
The pulley (A) without recess must only be installed for old crankshafts without extended journal for accommodation of the servo pump drive. Pulley (B) with recess for crankshaft with extended journal can also be used on old crankshafts.
