Data byte D indicates the readiness codes of the subsystems of data byte C.

0 - subsystem test in order or subsystem not installed.
1 - subsystem test not yet completed.
NOTE: After the fault memory is erased, the bits of the subsystems installed are set to 1. These bits are again set to o if diagnosis routines are successfully completed in 2 trips.
