CAN: Communication instrument cluster disturbed
Reception of the CAN messages from the DME control module is checked.

Diagnosis conditions
- Ignition on
- CAN message from instrument cluster is not received

Possible fault cause
- CAN bus open circuit in wiring between Tiptronic control module and instrument cluster

Affected terminals
Terminal L, H

Diagnosis/Troubleshooting

NOTE:
- Read out the fault memory of the instrument cluster and possibly rectify existing faults before troubleshooting.
- If the fault "39 CAN: DME communication disturbed" exists, there could be an open circuit of the CAN bus between the DME control module and the Tiptronic control module
