Complaint 5:
Squeaking from the area of the seal on the roof frame above the door window on the left or right hand side.

Cause:
Movement between the base of the seal on the side of the roof frame and the retaining strip.





Repair:
Open the convertible top halfway. Disengage the seal on the roof frame at the side (F, figure 9) above the door from the retaining strip. Spray the base of the seal with Krytox lubricant. Press the seal back into the channel of the retaining strip.

Note:
Be careful not to spray any lubricant on the face of the seal that contacts the window.
