Engine maintenance: Replacing fuel filter

1. Remove underside panel.

NOTE: Collect the emerging fuel in a suitable container and dispose of according to country-specific conditions.







2. Pull filter ground plug connector off the filter. Subsequently release and remove the fuel hose connection by pressing lightly on the grey surfaces.

Open the plug connection







3. Undo the screw hose clamp and remove and replace the filter element.
4. Reinstall the filter element and tighten the screw hose clamp.







5. Join the connections of the fuel lines in a straight line. The plug connections must audibly engage. Subsequently push the ground cable onto the filter element.
