The following equipment is required for troubleshooting:
1. Porsche System Tester 2

2. Test adapter 9616

NOTE: The test adapter is connected between the pulled-off DME control module connector and the DME control module. It protects the contacts of the control module connector and helps the user to find the individual pins.

3. Commercially available digital multimeter

4. Relay extractor 9235
