Final tightening 50° ± 2° torque angle

Con-rod bolts Nm (replace ft. lbs.)
: initial tightening + final tightening M9 x 1.25 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.) + 110° torque angle
Bolts for crankcase halves M6 x 35 Nm (10.9 ft. lbs.) Nm (2 micro-encapsulated ft. lbs.) 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lbs.)
Additional bolts for bearing housing 4 - 6 M9 x 150 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.)
Additional bolts for bearing housing 1 - 3 M9 x 94 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.)
Belt pulley on crankshaft: initial tightening + final tightening M16 x 1.5 Nm (a/f 24 ft. lbs.) 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.) + 90° torque angle
Check piston diameter -D- on oil piston shank with micrometer gauge. Measured from the lower edge of the shank, the height -X- on the shank is 16 mm.
