Injection valve, open circuit

NOTE: Open circuit leads to a permanently closed injection valve. Therefore, misfires can be entered simultaneously.

Diagnostic conditions
- Engine start
- Supply voltage > 7 V

Possible fault causes
- Open circuit in the control line to the injection valve
- Open circuit in the power supply to the injection valve
- Injection valve faulty (open circuit)
- DME control module faulty
