Removing and installing guide sleeve

Preliminary work

1. Remove transmission.

1. Remove release lever and release bearing.

2. Unscrew fastening screws for the guide sleeve -arrow- and pull the guide sleeve off.

Installing guide sleeve

1. Before refitting, always clean the guide sleeve, transmission input shaft and release lever with brake cleaner, for example, particularly at the lubrication points.
2. Fit guide sleeve and apply a thin coat of Kl�beralfa HM83-801.

3. Grease splines of the transmission input shaft with Longtime 3EP.
4. Coat release lever lightly with Kl�beralfa HM83-801 at the contact points.

5. Fit release lever and release bearing.

1. Install transmission.
