Information:
Cracking, scraping and rattling noises from around the front spring struts while driving on uneven road surfaces.

Action Required:
In the event of a complaint, replace the coil springs in the front spring struts. This affects model year 2005 vehicles as of the vehicle identification numbers specified below.

Work Procedure:
Replace coil springs on the front spring struts.

Information:
If the coil springs --> Figure 1 -Item A- are replaced, the support ring --> Figure 1 -Item B-, spring plate (compensating plate) --> Figure 1 -Item C- and the lock nuts --> Figure 1 -Item D- must also be replaced.





Information:
If assembly work was performed or parts replaced that affect the vehicle height, a complete wheel alignment is necessary.
