Removal

Removal
1. Remove left rear wheel.
2. Uncouple left drive shaft on the transmission side.
3. Place oil collection pan under the transmission.





4. Unscrew fastening screw for flanged shaft.
5. Pull out flanged shaft.





6. Remove sealing ring with special tool VW 681.
