Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on
- PCM2/CDR23 on

NOTE:
- The fault memory status (present/not present) is always updated when the engine is running.
- Fault code 8003 is recorded in the PCM2 MMI if the operating buttons are actuated for one or more minutes.

Possible cause of fault
- Battery positive voltage too low 'less then 9 V for greater then 30 sec'
- Battery positive voltage too high 'greater then 16 V for greater then 30 sec'
- Check battery
- Check fuses

Amplifier control module, plug A, pins 9 and 10
