Removing And Installing Front Footwell Outlet Vent

Preliminary work

Preliminary work for front footwell outlet vent
Remove the small front covers for the centre console at the left and right.

1. Unscrew the fastening screw at the left -1- and right -2- of the heater/air-conditioning unit.







2. Pull the footwell outlet vent down out of the heater/air-conditioning unit and remove through the driver's side.

Installing front footwell outlet vent







1. Slide the footwell outlet vent in under the heater/air-conditioning unit through the driver's side and push it onto the heater/air-conditioning unit.







2. Screw the footwell outlet vent to the heater/air-conditioning unit with the two fastening screws at the left -1- and right -2-.
- Tightening torque: 1 Nm (0.5 ftlb.)

Subsequent work

Subsequent work for front footwell outlet vent
Fit the small front covers for the centre console at the left and right.
