Symptom

- The door window stops and runs in the opposite direction:
The door window stops and starts moving again in the opposite direction

- and/or the door window channel seal (outside) -item 1- rolls inward when opening the door window and as a result, the sealing lip becomes wrinkled (damaged).

Causes and remedial action
Cause
The door window operation is reversed and/or the door window channel seal is wrinkled or damaged as a result of tolerances in the door system.Remedial action
Only in the event of a complaint, replace the existing door window with a specially designed door window (part numbers are specified below) and adjust it. The differences between the windows cannot be measured in the workshop.
