Positive Crankcase Ventilation
The hose routing of the crankcase ventilation system corresponds to that on the Boxster (987). Down line of the oil separator, the crankcase ventilation system is routed to either side of the double-flow distribution pipe, so as to attain identical mixture formation for bank 1 and bank 2 when the distribution pipe flap is closed.
The ventilation hose of the tank vent valve leads directly behind the electronic throttle into the distribution pipe from below.
