Removing And Installing Air Cushion For Seat

Preliminary work

1. Remove padding for front seat. Refer to Removing and installing padding for front seat.

1. Unscrew the two fastening screws -1- on the support -2-.







2. Set support -2- with connected motor and air cushion control valve aside.
3. Pull the white hose -1- off the air cushion control valve.







4. Fold the air cushion for the seat -1- aside -Arrow A- and unscrew the two fastening screws -2- on the air cushion support plate -3-.







5. Take air cushion support plate -3- off -Arrow B-.
6. Push the pins -2- of the two expanding clips -1- back (-Arrow A-) and remove the expanding clips -1- -Arrows B-.







7. Remove air cushion for seat (-3-).

Installing air cushion for seat

1. Position air cushion for seat -3- on the air cushion support plate -Arrow A-.







INFORMATION: The air cushion for the seat is fastened only with the rear air cushion on the air cushion support plate.

2. Secure the air cushion for the seat -3-. Use the two expanding clips -1- to fasten -Arrows B- it. To do this, the pins -2- must be forced into the expanding clips -1- by pressing -Arrow C-.
3. The air cushion support plate -3- must be fitted into the seat frame -4- by inserting -Arrow A- the guides into the seat frame.







4. Fasten the air cushion support plate -3- with the two fastening screws -2-.
5. The air cushion for the seat -1- must be folded over -Arrow B- and aligned with the air cushion support plate -3-.
6. Push the white hose -1- onto the air cushion control valve.







7. Position support -2- with connected motor and air cushion control valve and screw down with the two fastening screws -1-.







Subsequent work

1. Install padding for front seat. Refer to Removing and installing padding for front seat.
