Removing And Installing Footwell Light

Removing footwell light

CAUTION:
Danger of damage to property if bulbs are used or handled incorrectly.
- Risk of damage to bulbs and bulb housing.
- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.
- To prevent short circuits, the load in question must be switched off while changing bulbs.
- Only bulbs specified in the bulb table may be used.
- Bulbs with a higher wattage may damage the bulb housing.
- New bulbs must be clean and free of grease. Therefore, never touch the bulbs with your bare hands. Use a cloth or soft paper when changing bulbs.
- In certain states, it is compulsory to carry spare light bulbs.













1. Press footwell light carefully out of the trim panel at the cutout -arrow- using a screwdriver.
2. Release plug on footwell light -arrows a- and pull it off.
3. Remove footwell light.

Installing footwell light

INFORMATION: Only use the relevant bulb specified in the bulb table.












1. Push plug on to footwell light until the plug is felt to engage.
2. Press footwell light into trim panel.
