Information

- The type of oil spray jets used depends on the engine number. Always check the engine number when ordering new oil spray jets.

- For specific allocations, always check the Porsche Parts Catalogue.

- Adapted software must be installed on the control unit if necessary due to modified oil pressures.

1. Remove oil spray jets -6-. To do this, loosen the screws -7-.

Information

- The type of oil spray jets used depends on the engine number. Always check the engine number when ordering new oil spray jets.

- Adapted software must be installed on the control unit if necessary due to modified oil pressures.

1. Insert oil spray jets into upper part of crankcase with new sealing rings and screw down => Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.). To do this, grease sealing ring using Kluber Syntheso GLEP 1 and fit it. Check that oil spray jets are pointing in the correct direction of spray toward the inside of the piston crown. The oil spray jet must be aimed at the piston crown. => Spray direction => Spray direction from side
