Disassembling Bi-Xenon headlights

- Risk of damage to load or to the control unit

-> Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.

Information

- The following parts are not included in the scope of spare parts for headlights and must be taken from the damaged headlight and re-fitted in the new headlight. If any of the parts to be re-fitted are damaged, these must also be replaced.





Installation position of main headlight

1. Remove main headlight => 941519 Removing and installing main headlights - section on "Removing".
2. Remove control unit for gas discharge lamp => 945719 Removing and installing control unit for gas discharge lamp. - section on "Removing".
3. Remove gas discharge lamp => 945919 Removing and installing gas discharge lamp - section on "Removing".

Assembling Bi-Xenon headlights

1. Install gas discharge lamp => 945919 Removing and installing gas discharge lamp - section on "Installing".
2. Install control unit for gas discharge lamp => 945719 Removing and installing control unit for gas discharge lamp. - section on "Installing".
3. Install main headlight and adjust it => 941519 Removing and installing main headlights - section on "Installing".
