Preliminary work

Remove front seat. -> 720119 Removing and installing front seat - section on "Removing" 720119 Removing and Installing Front Seat

Removing air cushion motor





Installation position for air cushion motor

1. Unscrew the two fastening screws -1- on the support -2-.





Loosening support with compressor and air distributor valve

2. Set support -2- with connected motor and air cushion control valve aside.
3. Remove the two tie-wraps -1- on the air cushion motor -2-.

4. Release plug connection -3- -arrow a- and disconnect -arrows B-.
5. Pull off the white hose -4- from the air cushion control valve -arrow C- and remove the air cushion motor -2-.

Installing air cushion motor

1. Position air cushion motor -2- and push on the white hose -4- onto the air cushion control valve -arrow A-.

2. Push the plug connection -3- together -arrows B- until it is felt to engage.

Information

Observe hose routing!

Ensure that no hoses are disconnected by the tie-wraps.

3. Secure air cushion motor -2- onto support using two new tie-wraps -1-.
4. Position support -2- with connected motor and air cushion control valve and screw down with the two fastening screws -1-.
