Preliminary work

1. Remove padding for front seat.

1 Remove pressure line.
1.1. Disconnect pneumatic plug connection -2- ( -arrow- ).
1.2. Unclip the pressure line -3- from the holder -1- .







2. Pull the pressure line -1- out of the opening in the seat frame -2- ( -arrow- ).

INFORMATION:
- Instructions for installing the air cushion are provided for one side only.
- The air cushion must be installed on the opposite side as a mirror image of the steps described here.







3. Remove air cushion.
3.1. Push in pins -2- on expanding clip -1- ( -arrow A- ).
3.2. Remove relieved expanding clips -1- ( -arrow B- ).
3.3. Remove air cushion for seat -3- and pressure line -arrow C- .

Installing air cushion for seat

INFORMATION:
- Instructions for installing the air cushion are provided for one side only.
- The air cushion must be installed on the opposite side as a mirror image of the steps described here.







1. Install air cushion.
1.1. Position air cushion for seat -3- ( -arrow A- ).
1.2. Secure air cushion for seat -3- using an expanding clip -1- ( -arrow B- ).
1.3. Push pins -2- into the expanding clip -1- ( -arrow C- ).







2. Guide the pressure line -1- through the opening in the seat frame -2- ( -arrow- ) and route it to the pneumatic plug connection.







3. Install the pressure line.
3.1. Position the pressure line -3- on the pneumatic plug connection -2- .
3.2. Connect pneumatic plug connection -2- until it engages securely -arrow- .
3.3. Clip the pressure line -3- into the holder -1- .

Subsequent work

1. Install padding for front seat.
