Diagnosis information - High-voltage battery

DANGER
High voltage.
Death or severe injuries due to high voltage or high current.

- De-energise the vehicle in accordance with the guidelines.
- Work must not be performed on parts carrying a high voltage.

INFORMATION
Permanently at high temperature of the high-voltage battery has to be examined whether the intake and discharge are clogged. To remove minor stains, should the fan run for 4 minutes at 100%.

Diagnostic conditions
The control unit must be active in order to test internal function sequences and diagnosable inputs/outputs.
In the event of a fault, check whether the fault is permanently >present<. To perform the check, erase the fault memory, meet the diagnostic conditions and read out the fault memory again.

- Temperature sensor 1, Signal implausible
- Temperature sensor 1, Limit exceeded
- Temperature sensor 1, Below limit
- Temperature sensor 2, Signal implausible
- Temperature sensor 2, Limit exceeded
- Temperature sensor 2, Below limit

- Function not available or available only to a limited extent
