Shift monitoring

NOTE:
The deviation in turbine speed (transmission input) is monitored during the shifting operation (upshift from gear 2 to gear 3, or from gear 3 to gear 4).
If this occurs 3-times in succession in the same shifting procedure, then the fault "Shift 2 > 3", or "Shift 3 > 4" is also entered.

Diagnostic conditions:
- ATF level OK
- Selector lever position D or M
- Upshift from gear 2 to gear 3, or gear 3 to gear 4

Possible fault causes:
- ATF level too low or too high
- Hydraulic control unit faulty
- Transmission faulty (e.g. clutch slipping or suchlike)

Fault reaction:
- --- (none)
