Ignition Switch: Service and Repair
Fig. 2 Ignition switch removal.:
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Remove steering wheel and two half housings around steering column.
3.
Disconnect
ignition switch junction block.
4.
Position key at stop between ACC and ON.
5.
Unscrew attaching screw (A),
Fig. 2, then, using suitable tool, push in retaining pin, then remove switch by pushing from rear.
6.
Reverse procedure to install.
