Owner Notification and Service Scheduling

All involved Stage 1 (1983 Model Year) vehicle owners known to Chrysler will be notified of the service requirement by first class mail in about one week. Subsequent mailings will be sent for Stage 2, 3 and 4 vehicles every few weeks as additional parts become available. Dealers will be notified as each stage is mailed.

Owners receiving notifications are requested to schedule appointments for the service with their dealers at the earliest possible date. A copy of the owner notification letter is attached.

Enclosed with each owner notification is an Owner Recall Notification Form. The involved vehicle and recall are identified on the form for owner or dealer reference as needed.
