Turbocharger Noisy or Vibrates Excessively

1. Intake or exhaust system leakage. Tighten loose connections and replace faulty components as necessary.
2. Turbocharger shaft poorly lubricated. Check oil pressure and oil circuit to turbocharger. If within specifications, replace turbocharger.
3. Turbocharger shaft out of balance, broken fins or foreign particle infestation. Replace turbocharger.
