Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch (For Computer): Service and Repair

The coolant temperature sensor is located at the top of the cylinder head above the flywheel.

1. Disconnect electrical connector from CTS.

Caution: Do not remove sensor with cooling system hot and under pressure.

2. Remove CTS from cylinder head and rapidly plug hole.
3. Reverse procedure to install.
