Engine Does Not Run on All Cylinders
ENGINE DOES NOT RUN ON ALL CYLINDERS
1. Start the engine and run it at idling speed.
Connect the Scan Tool.
Select "INITIATE".
Turn off one injector at a time to identify the faulty cylinder.
2. Remove the spark plug from the cylinder in question.
Fit a test spark plug.
Activate the appropriate ignition coil by means of the Scan Tool.
If sparks cannot be produced, continue at "Firing, misfiring". Firing, Misfiring
If sparks are produced, continue with step 3.
3. Carry out a compression test on the cylinder concerned.
If the result of the compression test is OK, change the spark plug and start the engine.
If the fault persists, carry out flow measurement on the injector.
