Checking Power Supply And Ground Connection
1. Check the following fuses:
- 27 for +30
- 21 for +54
- 12 for +54 to the fan
2. Connect a BOB to the ACC control module and take the following test readings with the ignition switch in the Drive position:
- Between battery positive and pin 22. The reading should be less than 0.5 V.
- Between battery positive and pin 4. The reading should be less than 0.5 V.
- Between pin 1 and battery negative. The reading should be less than 0.4 V at full fan.
3. Check the wiring for continuity and shorting between the control module and the fuses and also between the control module and the grounding points.
