Galvanized Body Parts

Most of the body on the Saab 9-3 is zinc plated. All outer components such as the doors, the boot lid, the floor and roof are zinc plated. Even the inner panels on these components are plated on both sides.

Only a few panels inside the body are not galvanized. These include seat members, roof members, the member between the rear wheel housings and certain reinforcements.
