Stick antenna with an antenna amplifier integrated in the base.

Connection
The antenna signal is amplified in the amplifier which is integrated in the antenna base. The antenna amplifier is energized and activated from the converting connector on the RH A-pillar. The amplified antenna signal is fed from the converting connector by coaxial cable to the radio.
