Safety Regulations

WARNING:
^ Risk for burn injuries: Despite a system voltage of only 12 V, burn injuries may be caused by flash-over or fire in the car due to the battery's high energy content. A short-circuit can result in very high currents
^ High tension: The electronic ignition system generates over 48,000 volts. The xenon lamps have an ignition voltage of approx. 23,000 volts. These voltages can be lethal for people with heart problems and/or pacemakers. These systems must therefore be handled with great respect.

Before commencing work on the electrical system:
^ remove your watch and rings;
^ before disconnecting the battery, make sure that the customer has the code for the radio;
^ disconnect the negative terminal of the battery when removing electrical components
^ always follow the instructions and regulations in the relevant service manuals.

WARNING: Airbag system cables must not be repaired. They are to be replaced in their entirety.
